Windows 10 professional retail vs oem free, looking at the Windows 10 editions available to buy link there is Home and Pro. However, there’s no information whether it’s a full retail or OEM edition. If I buy any of those will I be able to install it on another hardware in the future? Now I have a PC I built on my own and would like to be able to install my Windows after computer upgrade including motherboard.
There’s also an information on the website, quote: “For system builders or Mac users, buy the full version of Windows 10” but I don’t see any other items on the website like Full Windows or something. Second question. Can I buy the Windows 10 professional retail vs oem free from the US store while being in another country and then install language pack? The price in my wjndows is higher than the price in dollars in US store.

I thought I had a version of W10 I could move to a replacement system for an old computer. Made the investment only to find the system would not activate. I suppose burning more time with an Winfows India call center will possibly clear things up. Just the way I wanted to spend a Saturday morning. Thanks microsoft.
